When a project requires full supervision, Hunters will liaise with architects, property managers and surveyors to provide the information required to assist with the smooth progress of work. Our experience enables us to communicate with workmen throughout the building work. We monitor your project to keep you as free as possible from all the trouble of supervising workmen yourself. When project managing we ensure that all projects are seen through to the end, co-ordinating the work and making sure that everything is left clean and tidy. This service is ideally suited to clients moving to the UK from abroad.    Defining your style... The interior design service offered by Hunters can match your tastes and preferences, so that your ideal home is created within an affordable budget to the highest possible standards. We listen to your thoughts on what you have in mind and bring them to reality. From traditional English to modern minimalist, in buildings as diverse as large country houses, small cottages, barns and London apartments, and commercial projects. We are happy to advise you on the most desirable style for your home. Whether you simply want to refresh what you already have or wish to start again with a completely blank canvas, let us open up the possibilities for you, so that you may appreciate your home to the full.    Arranging a visit... Organising a suitable time and day for a consultation is a phone call away. You can make your selections from the comfort of your own home where fabrics and wallpapers can be viewed in their setting. Alternatively, our Studio at The Dairy is ideal for looking at our entire library of what our suppliers have to offer.    Our fees... An initial consultation fee is charged for a home visit. We will bring a selection of fabrics, wallpapers and other room accessory details for you to see and we spend time with you choosing a scheme. The fee for this is £150 for 2 hours.    Room scheme sample boards... A sample board will be put together for you incorporating all the appropriate sample materials, furniture, paints and accessories. This brings all the elements together so that you can see how it will work. Whether you wish Hunters to take the contract on, or would prefer to oversee the project yourself, then the necessary references to all the materials selected are to hand.    Project management... This service can be tailored to your particular requirements. We can remove the entire burden of re-location to a new property and implement the necessary alterations and decoration prior to your arrival, thus leaving you to enjoy your new home from the very start. We will also oversee any project for you on an hourly basis for which we charge £75.00 per hour or £150.00 for consultation. For larger projects you may wish to commission our fixed fee service, please call to discuss this option.    Restoration, conservation & upholstery... We have a wide range of experienced professionals that provide us with quality workmanship. Our restorers know their subject – French polishing, surface repairs, missing veneer, loose or damaged joints, your piece of furniture will be given the best treatment and authentic materials will be used throughout. If you have an especially intricate and delicate piece, such as a lacquerwork card table, then we call upon our conservators to provide the appropriate treatment. Our upholsterers are the best in their field with years of experience. We only use traditional techniques and materials for our re-upholstery work and a piece is completely hand finished from beginning to completion.    Custom made bespoke pieces... For that elusive size, design or finish, we can call upon our craftsmen to produce the piece of furniture you have in mind.    Online Gallery...
